Ash and walnut strips are steam bent by hand to form the net hoop. The handle is solid walnut selected for fine grain and color. The brass plate is aged in a special process to give a vintage look. After finish sanding, the wood and brass are engraved according to the client's design. The net is assembled and finished with multiple coats of varnish. Your choice of a knotted nylon net bag or a fish -friendly rubber net bag completes the net building process.
